1. Provider and contract

The contracting party is Christian Jakob Egli-Weitz, Kahlkamp 22, 22587 Hamburg, Germany. Contact: info@makesugo.com. Sugo is an iPhone app for privately saving and cooking recipes. The website makesugo.com informs and hosts public recipe snapshots.

2. Use

For private use only. No automated bulk access. Fair use is about 100 new extractions per month; identical sources served from cache do not count. Rights in third-party recipes remain with the respective rights holder; Sugo stores your copy.

3. Account

You are responsible for your credentials. Accounts may be suspended for abuse or automation.

4. Fees

Seven extractions are free. Thereafter €9.90 per year via Apple In-App Purchase (Apple terms; cancel in Apple ID settings). Withdrawal for digital content after performance has begun follows Apple's withdrawal rules. The box remains yours after cancellation.

5. Liability

Extracts can be wrong. Cooking remains your responsibility. Unlimited liability for intent, gross negligence, and injury to life, body, or health; otherwise as provided by law.

6. Final provisions

German law applies. Place of jurisdiction, where permitted, is Hamburg. If individual clauses are invalid, the remainder stays in force.
